Team members
Invite people to a service, choose what they can change, and transfer ownership.
Roles
Open Settings → Members to see who can access the service.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the service and transferring it. One per service. |
| Admin | Manage settings, theme, members, providers and keys, plus revenues and the shop. |
| Editor | Edit settings, theme, providers and keys. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and statistics. |
The owner manages admins, editors and viewers; admins manage editors and viewers. Revenue credentials are visible only to the owner and admins.
Inviting
Press Invite member, enter their Email and pick a Role. They get an email and accept or decline from their notifications. How many members a service can have depends on the owner's plan.
Leaving and removing
- Remove member takes away someone's access.
- Leave service removes your own access immediately; an admin can invite you back.
Transfer ownership
Transfer ownership hands full control — including deleting the service — to an existing admin or editor. You stay on as an admin.
