Key types

Every key is a combination of these settings. Keys from a provider take the provider's lifetime and usage policy; keys you create by hand in Keys (a single key or up to 100 at once), giveaways and store webhooks can set all of them.

Setting	Options
Premium	Grants the premium tier — `SA_IsUserPremium = true` in your script. Keys are Standard otherwise. Required on a Premium Service and for scripts set to Premium keys only.
Duration	Lifetime or timed (minutes, hours, days).
Start on first use	The duration counts from the first check instead of from creation.
One-time use	The key works for a single check.
Devices	Bind to HWID (default) with a Max devices limit, or No HWID lock — works on any device.
Name	Free-text label, shown in the key list. Your script reads it as `SA_UserNote`.

HWID resets

A key is bound to the device that first ran it. When a player switches PCs or reinstalls, the key returns KEY_HWID_LOCKED until the HWID is cleared:

You — reset it from the key's row menu in Keys, or select several keys and use Reset HWID in the bulk bar.
The player — press Reset HWID on your Discord bot panel, use /key reset-hwid, or reset it on the self-service page https://santiauth.com/key if you enabled it. Limits and cooldowns: Key & HWID policy.

The next execution binds the key to the new device.

Disabling and bans

Action	Effect
Disabled (in the key editor) or Revoke (bulk)	The key returns `KEY_BANNED`; running sessions end on the next heartbeat. Restore turns it back on.
Ban Discord user	Every key linked to that Discord account returns `KEY_BANNED`, and the account can't get new keys from your key page, giveaways or bot.
Ban HWID	Same, for a device — a fresh key won't help on that PC.

Bans only affect this service. They can be permanent or timed (1 hour to 30 days) and carry a reason visible to your team. Every active ban is listed on the Bans page (Key Management in the sidebar), split into HWID and Discord tabs — unban one at a time or select several and lift them together.

Bulk actions

Select keys in the list (or every key matching the current filter) to:

Copy the selected keys;
Extend them by 1, 7, 30 or 90 days;
Reset HWID, Restore or Revoke;
Delete them.

Delete expired removes every expired key of the service at once.

Compensation

Had downtime? Keys → Compensation gives time back to every active, unexpired key at once:

between 1 hour and 1 year;
for the whole service or one folder;
with a reason saved for your team.

Every run is logged in the history and can be reverted.

Folders

Group keys into folders — for example per reseller, giveaway or customer batch — and filter the key list by folder. Search finds keys by key, name, HWID, Discord ID, Roblox user or provider.

Key format

Settings → Key format controls how new keys look. The default is Standard (UUID). A custom format sets:

a prefix;
the number of segments (1–10);
the length of each segment (1–16);
the separator and the character set.

Formats that would be too easy to guess are rejected. Changes apply to new keys only.

Keys → Sharing alerts lists keys that look shared — used from many IPs or tried from other devices within an hour. Thresholds are in Key & HWID policy.

Giveaways

Create a giveaway from Keys → Giveaways. Players claim a key on a public page:

Setting	What it controls
Stock	How many keys can be claimed in total. Unclaimed keys are never created.
Key	Lifetime, Premium, one-time, lifetime counted from activation.
Steps	Optionally a key provider whose steps players pass first.
Discord	Players sign in with Discord (one key per account); optionally they must be in your server, have a role, or have a minimum account age.
Passphrase	Only players who know the word (e.g. posted in your server) can claim.
Schedule	Open right away or at a set time, and close after a set time or never.
Announcements	The bot posts in a channel once at 50%, 90% and when the last key is gone.

Pause, resume or end a giveaway at any time.

Free days (keyless)

Settings → General → Free days opens your service on the selected weekdays (UTC) — handy for free weekends. On those days the key page skips its steps and hands out a key right away.

Turn on Run without a key under Free days to go one step further: on free days the script's loader (loadstring(game:HttpGet(".../files/<id>"))()) runs without script_key at all. The server checks the day and your switches on every launch and every heartbeat, so when the free day ends or you turn it off, keyless players are stopped within a minute and asked for a key. Players who set a key keep using it (premium stays premium).

Premium-only scripts and Premium services always need a key.
To keep one script key-only, open its release settings (the script card in Obfuscation) and turn off Run without a key on free days.
Keyless runs show up in Live sessions with no key; bans by HWID still apply.
