Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SantiAuth (“we”, “us”) covering santiauth.com, the dashboard, the API, script loaders, key and giveaway pages, and the SantiAuth Discord bot (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy.

If you use SantiAuth on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms for it.

SantiAuth lets creators protect and distribute Roblox scripts: generate and validate keys, lock keys to hardware IDs, run key pages with checkpoints (including ad-link providers, Discord and Turnstile), host and obfuscate scripts, run giveaways and a Discord bot, manage resellers and webhooks, and see analytics. Players are the people who get and use those keys.

Features, limits and quotas depend on your plan and may change as the Service evolves. We'll try to give notice before removing a feature you rely on.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent where you live) and give a real, working email address from a supported provider.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around limits, bans or referral rules.
• Keep your password, API keys (prefixed pk), script secrets and bot tokens private. Anything done with them counts as done by you. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• If you add team members or resellers, you're responsible for what they do with the access you give them.
• Tell us at legal@santiauth.com right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to, or try to:

• distribute malware, account stealers, token or cookie loggers, ransomware, or anything that harms players' devices or accounts;
• collect players' personal data beyond what SantiAuth provides, or use it for anything other than running your service;
• bypass, spoof or tamper with HWID locks, key checks, rate limits, Turnstile, or ad-link checkpoints, on your own services or anyone else's;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, its loaders or its API beyond normal documented use;
• resell, sublicense or white-label SantiAuth itself without our written permission;
• harass people, infringe someone else's intellectual property, or break any law that applies to you.

We can remove content, disable keys or services, and block IPs or HWIDs that break these rules. Our anti-abuse systems may do some of this automatically.

You're responsible for your scripts, your key-page content, and your relationship with your players, including any support, refunds or promises you make to them. SantiAuth is not a party to those arrangements.

For the player data your service collects through SantiAuth (such as HWIDs, Roblox and Discord IDs and IP addresses) you are the controller and we process it for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must tell your players what you collect, handle their requests, and use their data only to run your service.

• SantiAuth integrates with ad-link and monetization providers (such as Linkvertise, Lootlabs, Work.ink, Boostellar, Cuty.io, ShrinkEarn and others), Discord, Google, Cloudflare Turnstile, Telegram, AI model providers and third-party obfuscators. Using any of them means accepting that provider's terms.
• Your earnings from ad-link providers are paid by those providers under their rules. We don't guarantee any revenue, and we're not responsible for a provider's payouts, outages, policy changes or content.
• Faking checkpoint completions, or helping players skip required ads, isn't allowed and may get your account terminated.

• Paid plans and account balance are activated with redeem codes bought from us or from a reseller we have authorized. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; a change never affects time you've already paid for.
• Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can expire, and have no cash value. Don't buy codes from unauthorized sellers, because we can't help with those.
• Refunds: if you're unhappy in the first 7 days of your first paid month, email support@santiauth.com and we'll refund it. After that, plans aren't refundable, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Balance you've already spent (for example on AI usage or obfuscation) isn't refundable. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
• Referral rewards are granted at our discretion and can be reversed if they were earned through fake or duplicate accounts.

You keep all rights to the scripts, code, images and text you upload (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to store, process, obfuscate and deliver Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. That includes sending it to a third-party obfuscator when you pick one. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

The Service itself, including our code, loaders, design, logo and name, belongs to SantiAuth. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

The AI assistant and AI insights can be wrong. Check anything important before you act on it, especially changes to keys, bans or settings. Don't paste secrets you don't want sent to an AI model provider. If you bring your own AI API key, your use is also governed by that provider's terms.

We work to keep SantiAuth fast and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Roblox updates, executors, providers or Discord can break things outside our control. We may change, suspend or retire parts of the Service. For major changes, we'll give notice when we reasonably can.

You can stop using SantiAuth at any time and ask us to delete your account at legal@santiauth.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, services or keys if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or don't pay. Where it's reasonable and safe, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it or export your data first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content rights, disclaimers and liability limits) do.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No script protection is unbreakable. We make key sharing, cracking and dumping harder, but we can't guarantee they'll never happen.

To the extent the law allows, SantiAuth isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from Your Content, your service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify creators by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using SantiAuth after that, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SantiAuth is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: legal@santiauth.com.
